Shipping Policy

  1. Small Items:

    • All small items will be shipped via courier to the destination provided during the order process.

  2. Large Orders & Doors:

    • For large orders & door shipments, our Sales Department will coordinate with you to arrange for crating and truck courier delivery.

    • Crating is managed professionally by WeCrate PTY Ltd. to ensure the safe and secure transport of your custom doors.

Order Fulfillment Timeline

  • Orders typically take 15 to 25 working days to be completed, depending on the size of the order and the availability of materials.

Important Shipping Information

  • Once an order is confirmed, Stronghold Fire & Security cannot be held responsible for incorrect measurements or items that have been wrongly ordered.

  • Each door is custom-manufactured to meet the specifications provided by the client at the time of order.

  • Please double-check all measurements and details before finalizing your order to avoid any discrepancies or issues.​

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

  • Due to the custom nature of our products, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless the item is defective or an error was made on our part.

  • If you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery to arrange for an inspection and resolution.
